Pickles are made in variety of taste using various spices and ingredients this time we will learn a variety lemon pickle.Collect well ripe lemon from the market clean it well with water and wipe with a cloth.Then apply some oil on it and cook the lemon without water in a small heat. This is to reduce its bitterness.Cut it in to small pieces ( you can make up to 8 pieces)

Chilly powder | 3 Table spoon |
Asafoetida roasted Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Fenugreek roasted powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cooking oil | 100 ml |
Salt | For taste |
- Boil oil in a frying pan
- Add garlic , stir well and cook for some times.
- Add chilly powder
- When it looks good color, add chopped lemon and sufficient salt
- Stir well and set aside Let the mixture cool,
- Add Asafoetida roasted Powder,Fenugreek roasted powder and mix well
- Add vinegar if required
Do not touch the pickle with hand and bottle with a wiped spoon, use it after one week
