1.Heat oil
2. Add garlic
3.Put chilly powder in it and stir well
4.Add amla in to the mixture
5. Then add Fenugeek and fried asafoetid powder mix well , Leave aside
6.Add salt pepper, vinegar and mix well , close with a lid. Fill in a jar.
