Bitter gourd is a used in traditional medicines and best use in diabetic treatment. It is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, protein, Calcium iron, magnesium, Vitamin, (C, AE, K, B1, B2, B3, B6…….) and many more .It is good for skin diseases like psoriasis.

Bitter gourd remove seeds and cut it in 1cm Length | 1 Cup |
Garlic Paste | 1 Table spoon |
Chilly Powder | 4 Table spoon |
Tomatto Sause | 2 Tea spoon |
Salt | For taste |
Fenugreek roasted powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Asafoetida roasted Powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Lemon | half piece |
Cooking oil | 100 ml |
- Take a cup of boiled water add lemon juice in it
- The put bitter gourd in it for half an hour then removes water completely.
- Heat a pan and add oil
- Add garlic paste, chili paste, salt and stir well
- Add tomato sauce, Fenugreek roasted powder, Asafetida roasted Powder and mix
- Then add bitter gourd and cook for 5 minutes keep aside when ready.
- If you are going to keep the pickle for a longer period adds some vinegar.
